The Dept. of Computer Science was started in the year 2000 with the mission  and  vision of imparting quality computer education to the students, to make them full -fledged computer professionals. The study of computers and their architecture, languages, and applications, in all aspects, as well as the mathematical structures that relate to computers and computation. It is the study of the principles and use of computers. By doing the course in computer science,the students can master the computer in both the hardware and software side since the course has electronics as a complementary course. In this course we have to study different computer languages as well as how these things works. By doing this course, the students can be able to compete with the growing pace of the IT world. By completing the course the students will be capable of working in IT companies or can go for higher studies. Both of these offer them a good career. Computer science is a course in which we can study the mathematical as well as theoretical aspects of computer science.
